Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:
All orders will ship within 3-14 business days.

Processing times for our products vary. Shipping times will also vary depending on carrier and destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information with an estimated delivery date. Depending on what you order, you may have multiple shipments/tracking numbers. Items may ship at different times as some items are processed faster than others and we ship from multiple warehouses. 

Please note: during high peak times, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volume.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on items ordered and destination.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION:

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Even slight errors, such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number, may delay or prevent delivery. Please email us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct it. If your order has already been processed, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as delay, misplacement, theft, or non-delivery.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

All processed orders will have tracking numbers/links emailed to the email address used to place the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking details to populate on the tracking website.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, we ask that you contact your local USPS office and file a claim.
