Return Policy
I know you’re going to LOVE your purchase, but I understand that sizing may not always be perfect. In such cases, we're happy to offer returns for store credit.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Your return must be requested within 5 days of receiving your package (date it was delivered to you)
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be free from make-up, deodorant stains, and animal hair
- Items must be free from odor (cigarette, perfume, febreeze, or any other strong odor)
- Items must have tags attached and/or be in their original packaging
Items NOT eligible for return:
- All non-clothing products (accessories, shoes, makeup, beauty, jewelry, hats, electronics, food, home goods)
- Intimates (bralettes, pajamas, bodysuits, tights)
- Swimwear
- Pre-Orders
- Discounted/clearance products (products that end in .99 and/or were marked down during a sale)

Coupon code products (products where a coupon code was used to purchase)
- Gift cards

RETURNS PROCESSING:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.
Store Credit:
Your store credit will be added to your Shopify account for the purchase price of the item(s) once your return has been processed. Store credit is good for 90 days from date of issue. If you used Sezzle to pay for your order and you return any part of that order, please know that payments will still continue with Sezzle until it is paid off.
Exchanges:
We are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you need a different size, we suggest placing a new order for that item (or any other item) once your return has been processed and store credit has been issued.

Your return MUST be requested within 5 days of receiving your package (date it was delivered to you). If there is no prior communication of a return via email, we will not accept the package and you must pay to ship it back to you.

*All shipping fees (original and return) are the customers responsibility and are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping returns back at your expense via the carrier of your choice. Returns are limited to 6 items per customer every 6 months. If you return more than 6 items within the 6 month period, your returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your credit once your return is received and processed. DAMAGED PRODUCT:
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Sometimes accidents happen, so if you believe you have received a damaged/incorrect product, please email the following information to guavalanellc@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. If there is no prior communication of a damage return via email, we will not accept the package and you must pay to ship it back to you.
